A microgame of tactical naval combat during the Napoleonic Era. A simple and freeform system of movement that uses no map combined with a straightforward combat model using card lengths for range bands. 

The all important weather gage sets the order that ships will activate, which can have dramatic effects on the round. You'll have to assign orders to ships before knowing when they will act, so planning and flexibility will be key.
